Christian Hoff is best known for his Tony Award-winning performance in Broadway’s Jersey Boys. Bridging rock & roll and theater began for him with his Broadway debut, The Who’s Tommy and two Grammy Award-winning cast albums. He is a Recording Academy Member and founder of the musical group The Midtown Men, with which he has performed more than a thousand concerts over ten consecutive world tours. Notable recording collaborations include George Martin, Pete Townshend, Bob Gaudio, Stevie Van Zandt, The E-Street Band and Mark Ronson on the Barbie Movie soundtrack. His work as host, entertainer and auctioneer cross over into arts and business development with a personal focus on cancer research funding as both patient and advocate. Throughout his ongoing cancer fight, music and medicine, research and resiliency has taken center stage. Most recently in association with Sloan-Kettering, a research lab has been funded in Christian’s name with a research focus on his type of terminal bone cancer, Multiple Myeloma and the microbiome. Christian is a musical ambassador for The Who’s Teen Cancer America and serves the V Foundation for Cancer Research with board and committee chair roles supporting auction content, programming and entertainment for national fundraising events.
